We are excited to announce that
due to overwhelming customer requests, beginning Monday, October 26th,
Native Touch will offer massage services!
We are honored to have two wonderful, skilled massage
therapists working here, Sheryl Cammenga and Tasa Johnson. With the
combined experience of a quarter of a century, Sheryl and Tasa have
extensive knowledge in technique and anatomy. We thoroughly believe they are the
area’s leading massage therapists.
To celebrate the grand opening of massage, Native Touch will be
serving complementary Tribal Grounds coffee, Native American Tea, and
snacks on Monday 10/26/09 from 10 AM until 6 PM. A drawing for a 1
hour massage will be held at the end of the day. Raffle tickets for
this drawing are on sale now for $5/ticket. Come in and meet our
wonderful massage therapists!

1 hour massage for improved lymphatic drainage. Manual lymphatic
pumping and feather-light touch techniques are used. This specialty
massage is particularly helpful for post-mastectomy ladies.

ABOUT OUR MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Sheryl Cammenga
Sheryl
studied Massage Therapy at Alpha School of Massage of the Treasure
Coast, Inc. in Pt. St. Lucie, Florida. There she studied Anatomy and
Physiology, Swedish massage techniques, relaxation, deep tissue
massage, neuromuscular, aromatherapy, heated stones, and more. She
graduated as a Massage Therapist in 1996 and became state and
nationally certified. In subsequent years she has taken phase I &
II of Reflexology, and has perfected the foot massage and reflex
points of the feet! She has also been trained in Level I Basic-
Front Position Thai –massage, a Pre & Post-Event Basic Sports
Massage Management, a Deep Tissue Class, a Teacher Training Intensive
Class for Massage Therapists and recently the first phase of
completion of Shiatsu Kiko: Accupresure- Meridian Therapy I. She is
currently licensed in the states of Florida and North Carolina and has
successfully completed the certificates required for holding the 2
state licenses and the National Certification for North Carolina.
Sheryl will be working out of Native Touch’s Terra Cotta Room.
Tasa Johnson
In 1994 Tasa started studying
Native American Healing, a life long journey. In 1998 she graduated
valedictorian from Blue Cliff College of Therapeutic Massage in
Gulfport, MS and is now National Certified in Therapeutic Massage and
Body Work and licensed in both NC and GA.
She has had a private massage practice, Healing Ways, since 1998 and
has incorporated her Native training into this practice. From 1999 to
2005, she taught at the Blue Cliff College of Therapeutic Massage and
was also a clinic supervisor, also teaching massage workshops.
Tasa’s areas of continuing education are in deep tissue and
neuromuscular therapy, cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, systematic
assessment of soft tissue function, ortho-bionomy, European hot stone
massage, and acupressure for Headaches.
Tasa will be working out of
Native Touch’s Silver Sage Room.
Sheryl and Tasa are highly educated, experienced, and gifted
in massage and it is an honor to have them here at Native Touch Trading
Post:)
